Municipal Tourist Information Offices in Benidorm have been integrated since 1996 into the Network of Tourist Information Offices of the Valencian Community called RED TOURIST INFO, which covers the information of the Valencian Community.

The general objective of the Network is to offer, within the scope of the Valencian Community, a comprehensive set of tourist information services in terms of content, instruments, supports and interactive mechanisms to improve the degree of satisfaction of the tourists who visit us.

Tourist Info Benidorm has been certified with the Q mark for TOURIST QUALITY from the I.C.T.E., which guarantees the efficient operation of this service. The “Q” provides the tourist establishments that hold it with PRESTIGE, DIFFERENTIATION, RELIABILITY, RIGOUR AND PROMOTION by the Secretary of State for Tourism and the Autonomous Communities. The establishments certified by the "Q for Quality" have passed strict audits that ensure that their service provision is a guarantee of quality, safety and professionalism. By obtaining this certification, Tourist Info Benidorm underlines its commitment to projecting an image of the destination and its tourist offer under the parameters of quality and tourist excellence to promote the quality of tourist services as a tool for generating wealth and employment.
