VI Tuna Festival
They are held from Friday, April 17th to Sunday, April 26th, and pay homage to bluefin tuna, a product deeply linked to Benidorm's maritime tradition and the historical work of its captains and sailors in the almadraba tuna traps.
In this sixth edition, participating restaurants offer a variety of bluefin tuna dishes, from tapas and individual plates to complete menus. As a prelude to the festivities, the traditional 'ronqueo' (butchering of a large bluefin tuna) takes place.
