XV Local Rice Festival

From Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 25, the Local Rice Gastronomic Days return—an unmissable event for lovers of local cuisine. Now in their fifteenth edition, restaurants are joining these well-established celebrations rooted in tradition, whose essence revolves around the most representative rice dishes of the region.

These gastronomic days go far beyond the classic paella. The offer includes creamy, dry, and broth-based rice dishes, with options from the sea, the mountains, or prepared with seasonal vegetables. Participating establishments combine traditional recipes with more elaborate and sophisticated creations, showcasing the richness and versatility of rice in our cuisine.

Each menu includes, at a minimum, a starter linked to local gastronomy, a rice main course, dessert, and a drink.
