XXII FITB 2024

The Forum has been held every two years since its inception in 1995 and has addressed different key topics for the planning and management of tourism destinations and companies in the Valencian Community.

The Forum is promoted by the ‘Pedro Zaragoza Orts’ Chair of Tourism Studies, of the University of Alicante, Benidorm City Council, the Costa Blanca Trust, Tourism of the Valencian Community, the Benidorm Tourism Foundation and HOSBEC.

In this edition, in 2024, the Forum will explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence on tourism, highlighting how this technology transforms the personalization of services, operational efficiency and the visitor experience.

In addition, the forum has launched a competition for promotional videos of Benidorm and/or the Costa Blanca made with Artificial Intelligence and invites students, companies and entities to participate.
