Project stages

1.    The project began in the first months of 2022, with the action and coordination plan initiated in September of the same year.
2.    It is currently in the phase of storing anonymized data through the supplier companies.
3.    The first implementation report is expected to be presented in May and data from participating households will be captured.
4.    User participation in the program is voluntary.
5.    Information will be collected from each user to establish their behaviour and consumption parameters.
6.    A first version of the technological solution is planned to be implemented at the end of this year and corrections will be made in the following months.
7.    The tool will be fully operational by the end of 2024.
8.    This project represents an innovative approach to caring for the elderly and vulnerable, using advanced technology and inter-institutional collaboration to improve the quality of life and care of the citizens of Benidorm.
