Smart Office DTI
The SMART OFFICE DTI is the Technical Office of Innovation and Intelligence, created as a strategy of the DTI Master Plan for the municipality of Benidorm.
We are in charge of the management of innovation and intelligence in the municipality of Benidorm, this involves the organization and management of human, technical and economic resources, to increase the creation of new knowledge, generation of technical ideas, obtaining new funds and innovation tools such as innovative public procurement, use of surveillance and intelligence that allows:
Carry out surveillance and intelligence that helps competitive, commercial and technological surveillance to have a technological forecast, and anticipate trends about innovative proposals for DTI.
Incorporate the management of the data generated both for the monitoring of the Indicator Scorecards, and future technological platforms, which help decision-making at the DTI level.
Incorporate the management of Open Data and transparency of the municipality for the reuse of public information.
The transfer of ideas to action plans taking into account the axes of the DTI: governance, innovation, technology, accessibility and sustainability
Carrying out the fundraising, and the management of those obtained, as well as the quality for the systematization of the processes and obtaining evidence to justify the funds obtained and other systematization of the processes of the different departments of the city council.
Incorporate an Innovative Public Procurement Department
The management of pilot projects in the so-called innovation and technology laboratory, in the territory of Benidorm, which allows the acquisition of products, processes and services or the improvement of existing ones, turning it into a true Innovation and Technology Lab.
Facilitate the coordination and generation of public-private collaboration models for the implementation of intelligent and innovative solutions.
It serves as support to the rest of the City Council's departments to comply with their strategic plans, the control panel of indications, processing of subsidies or innovative initiatives.
