Renovation project for Avenida Ametlla de Mar - Section between Avenida del Mediterráneo and Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza

The Local Government Board of Benidorm City Council in its ordinary session on June 25, 2018, adopted an approval agreement for the Project “Comprehensive Renovation of Avenida Ametlla de Mar – Section between Avenida del Mediterráneo and Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza”, and its submission to public information.

By this announcement, we communicate the opening of the public information period of the reference Project, for TWENTY DAYS, counted from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province, by articles 45 and 83.2 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and 70.2 of Law 7/1985 of April 2 Regulating the Bases of Local Regime.

During this period, the complete document can be examined at the Benidorm City Council Engineering Service, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., as well as on the municipal website: www.benidorm.org, and formulate, within the same period, the allegations, claims or suggestions that the interested parties deem appropriate and appropriate to their interests.
