Public information on the road urbanization project in Sierra Helada

By Resolution of the Delegate Councilor for Urban Planning dated February 28, 2017, the URBANIZATION PROJECT OF ROADS IN SIERRA HELADA (Tokyo Streets, Japan, Korea, Hawaii and Taiwan) is submitted to public information.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 174.2, 175, 57 and 53.2 of Law 5/2014, of July 25, of the Generalitat, on Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape, of the Valencian Community, said document is submitted to public information, for a period of TWENTY DAYS, counted from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, during which the complete document may be examined at the Engineering Service of the Benidorm City Council, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., as well as on the Municipal Website: www.benidorm.org; and formulate, in the same manner, the allegations, claims or suggestions that the interested parties deem appropriate and appropriate to their interests.
