Provincial subsidy concession for Water Cycle

This announcement is communicated by Decree of the Provincial Deputy of Water number 496, dated October 16, 2018, within the "CALL FOR THE GRANT IN THE YEAR 2018 OF SUBSIDIES IN FAVOR OF LOCAL ENTITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF ALICANTE TO HELP IN THE FINANCING OF HYDRAULIC SUPPLY AND SANITATION INFRASTRUCTURES THAT EXECUTE OR HAVE EXECUTED THE SAME", resolved to grant this Benidorm City Council, a subsidy for the execution of the hydraulic infrastructures that are detailed below:

- Expansion and improvement of the drainage network on Aigües Street, in Benidorm (File 2018/002-IACH).

- Budget for the action: €55,989.66 (VAT included).

- Subsidized percentage: 50%.

All this, following the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; and in compliance with section h) of the Eleventh Rule, which governs the aforementioned Call.
