Public information on the modified Comunidad Europea Avenue urbanization project
The Governing Board of Benidorm City Council, in an ordinary session held on March 20, 2017, has resolved to submit to public information the MODIFIED URBANIZATION PROJECT OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AVENUE.
By the provisions of articles 174.2, 175, 57 and 53.2 of Law 5/2014, of July 25, of the Generalitat, on Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape, of the Valencian Community, this document is submitted to public information, for TWENTY DAYS, counted from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, during which the complete document may be examined at the Engineering Service of Benidorm City Council, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; as well as on the Municipal Website (www.benidorm.org) and formulate, within the same period, the allegations, claims or suggestions that the interested parties deem appropriate and appropriate to their interests.
