Channeling and Integration Project of Murtal Ravine in Benidorm

The Local Government Board of this Benidorm City Council in its ordinary session on November 2, 2021, adopted an agreement to approve the Project “Channeling and Urban Integration of the Murtal Ravine in Benidorm (Alicante), and its submission to public information.
This announcement communicates the opening of the public information period of the reference Project, for TWENTY DAYS, counted from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province, by articles 45 and 83.2 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and 70.2 of Law 7/1985 of April 2 Regulating the rULES of Local Regime.
During this period, the complete document can be examined at Benidorm City Council Engineering Service, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., as well as on the municipal website: www.benidorm.org and allegations can be formulated within the same period, complaints or suggestions that the interested parties deem appropriate to their interests.
