Benidorm will reward Informativos Antena 3 and the journalists Francisco José Benito and Michelle Baker on Tourism Day

Benidorm City Council will award the 'Ciudad de Benidorm' Tourism Awards to Informativos Antena 3 and the journalists Francisco José Benito and Michelle Baker, in the International, National, and Local categories of these awards respectively. This was agreed this Tuesday by the Board of Spokespersons at the proposal of the mayor, Toni Pérez; along with the inclusion of the Special Mention of these awards to the former regional Secretary of Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana, Francesc Colomer.

As usual, these awards will be presented at an institutional event that will take place on September 27, coinciding with International Tourism Day. Previously, on Monday the 25th, the proposal will be approved by the plenary session of the Corporation.

The Antena 3 television network, through its daily news programs, always pays special attention to the world of tourism and its impact on Spanish society and economy as a whole, recognizing the specific weight of Benidorm as a destination by making it the protagonist of many of its pieces. about the industry.
