Toni Pérez has inaugurated this new edition of the fair, which will be held until Sunday at Plaza del Ayuntamiento

The X Outlet Fair starts in Benidorm with around twenty shops and high public participation

La X Feria Outlet arranca en Benidorm con una veintena de comercios y elevada participación de público

Buyers will have one hour of free parking in the Municipal Parking of l'Aigüera for the purchases

Plaza de SS MM los Reyes de España, where Benidorm City Council is located, will host a new edition of the Outlet Fair this Friday, organized by the Independent Association of Merchants of Benidorm and the Region, AICO, in collaboration with the Department of Trade. The mayor of the city, Toni Pérez, participated this afternoon in the official opening of the fair along with the president of AICO, Raúl Parra, and other members of the merchants' group and the Municipal Corporation.

After taking a tour of all the exhibitors in which around twenty local companies participate, the mayor highlighted the “satisfaction of all the merchants with how these first hours of the fair are going and the high public participation and sales volume. ”. Toni Pérez has encouraged the residents of Benidorm and other parts of the region and the province of Alicante to attend this event, which he has defined as “a benchmark at the regional level for what a trade fair is.” Likewise, the mayor of Benidorm has also trusted that this “satisfaction with the public attendance in the first stages of the fair will be maintained throughout the weekend and will allow us to break a record in sales, attendance and billing.”

About twenty local establishments participate in the edition, exhibiting their 'stock' spread across about 30 tents until next Sunday. The products cover a wide commercial range: from fashion or footwear to sporting goods, household appliances, textiles, or home goods. All of this to “be able to empty our warehouses for the Christmas campaign, so all items for sale will have a minimum discount of 50%,” recalled the president of AICO, Raúl Parra.

Both this Friday and tomorrow, Saturday, the fair's hours will be extended between 10:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., while on Sunday it will also open from 10:30 a.m. but the closing time will be brought forward to 8 p.m. During this time, in addition to the products at discounted prices, the public will also find children's inflatables and a bar, which will be managed by Comissió de Festes Majors Patronals.

Among the main novelties this year, people who make their purchases in any of the establishments at the fair will obtain one hour of free parking in the Municipal Parking of l'Aigüera for the purchases they make, thanks to the collaboration of Benidorm City Council with this event.
