Benidorm will have a 'Christmas School' to balance both work and family during school holidays
Benidorm will have this year a 'Christmas School' to balance both, "family and work during school holidays", as reported today by the Councilor for Education, Maite Moreno. This school, promoted by the Local Association of AMPA's in collaboration with the City Council, will take place from Monday to Friday from December 23 to January 5 at CEIP Aitana.
Moreno explained that "with this service, we give families who work during these dates the option for their sons and daughters from 3 to 12 years old to spend Christmas mornings doing various activities, led by professionals, and with other students of the same age".
"To facilitate this as much as possible, the 'Christmas School' will have a long and flexible entry and exit schedule so that each family can adapt it to their needs," said the mayor.
In this way, "the price includes the option of 'morning school' so that minors can go to CEIP Aitana from 7:45 am to 9:10 am." In the same way, "there are two departure times: one between 1:00 p.m. and 1:15 p.m., and a second from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m."
On the other hand, although there will be no dining room service at the school, between 1:15 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. a lunch hour is enabled, in which students who wish may take their food/lunch with their drink and the monitors will be in charge of heating in microwaves if it is necessary”.
The price of the 'Christmas School' is 80 euros for AMPA members and 95 euros for non-members. The registration period is open until December 20 and the process must be carried out at www.trokolo.com/navidadbenidorm.
