Several entities and citizens of Benidorm receive awards from a prestigious catering chain
Carl's Jr hamburger chain has presented today 'Las Estrellas de Benidorm 2023' awards, an act that is part of one of the chain's international programs, which seeks to recognize the people or entities that have stood out for some reason, making it possible for their people to be better or live better.
An event was attended by the Councilor for Social Welfare, Ángela Zaragozí, accompanied by the Councilor for Education, Maite Moreno, who thanked “the dedication, commitment, perseverance, work and maintenance of traditions” of the winners. The Zaragoza native has said she feels “very proud that the people of our town are recognized from outside,” to whom she has also wished “success and that they continue to contribute to happiness.”
The winners were Asmibe Association, Anémona Association, Benidorm Unión Musical Union, Benidorm Foietes women's football club, the athlete María Fuentes, the photographer Jaume Fuster, the influencer Clara González Freyre de Andrade and Benidorm Valencian Pilota Club.
