Marketing and Commercial Activities students from IES Pere María Orts learn about the operation of Benidorm OMIC Office
About twenty students from the IES Pere María Orts i Bosch in Benidorm traveled to Torrejó today to learn about the operation of the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC). The students, belonging to the Higher Degree in Marketing and Advertising and the Middle Degree in Commercial Activities, have been accompanied by some teachers and have been received by the Councilor for Employment, Mónica Gómez.
The students have received explanations about how the OMIC works, which is a City Council service for consumers, concepts about complaint forms, the procedures and procedures that can be carried out in the office or how complaints can be presented, either from the presence or through the electronic office. Some practical cases in which claims can be submitted and fundamental aspects when doing so have also been explained to them.
