The mayor and numerous guests attend the premiere of the emblematic property built by Goya Real Estate
Poniente adds a new element to its 'skyline' with the inauguration of 'Delfin Tower'
Since yesterday, the Poniente area officially has had a new emblematic building that is incorporated into the city's skyline. This is the 'Dolphin Tower', which was inaugurated yesterday afternoon with the assistance of numerous guests from local and regional civil society. Among them, are the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and members of the local corporation.
The event began with a reception on the ground floor of the building, where Sergio Vidal, CEO of Goya Real Estate, the developer company, explained some details of the building. A building, he said, that "reuses all the water and energy from the elevators", which is made with sustainable materials that mostly come from distances of less than 200 kilometres "and which, therefore, is a benchmark in sustainability in the White Coast”.
The Delfin Tower homes come with an electric car and charger and all of them use contracted green energy. "Hopefully in five or ten years all the buildings that are built will be sustainable," said Vidal, who explained that the property has four different facades and a total of 39 homes "all of them different from each other, unique and exclusive and with views impressive”.
With almost all the apartments already sold, -70% of Spanish clients- the attics are a common area for all the owners and the vegetation installed in the urbanization is the Mediterranean in its entirety. Vidal, finally, thanked the City Council for "the facilities and understanding" during the execution of the work.
After Vidal's intervention, a visit was made to the interior of the building, the houses, gym, common areas, indoor pool and upper terraces.
