Mobility informs of the cuts and traffic diversions due to the Fallas

The Department of Mobility has informed us of the cuts and traffic diversions that are going to be carried out in the coming days on the occasion of the celebration of the Fallas, and that they are located in the areas close to the points where the monuments of the three festive entities.

In the downtown area, due to the installation of Els Tolls Falla and monument, from 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, until Monday, March 20, the section of Tomás Ortuño street between the streets Marte Venus and Ondulada. Both the exit of vehicles from Ondulada street and from Maravall to El Cruce will be operational.

On the other hand, in Rincón de Loix, from tomorrow Thursday, the 9th, until the 20th, the section of Ametlla del Mar avenue between Madrid avenue and Manila street will be closed to traffic, where the tent of the festive entity

In addition, from the 14th, the cutting zone in Ametlla del Mar will be extended to the Mediterranean, due to the placement of the Fallas monument.

About the acts, on the occasion of the offering on Saturday, March 18, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., traffic will be cut from the lower part of Europa Avenue and the section of Mediterráneo Avenue between this point and Hispanidad square.

Already on Sunday, March 19, the main day of the Fallas acts, the firing of mascletás is planned in each of the Fallas at 2:00 p.m. For this reason, in Rincón de Loix, the section of Avenida Mediterráneo between Ametlla del Mar and Castellón, in the center direction, will remain closed to traffic between 07:00 and 15:00.

During 'La mascletà', vehicles will not be allowed to pass through this section in the Rincón de Loix direction.

Falla Centro will launch its 'mascletá' on Otoño street, so between 06:00 and 15:00 the section between Primavera and l'Aigüera car park will be without traffic. Finally, Falla Els Tolls will carry out its mascletá in the upper part of Tomás Ortuño between El Cruce and Ondulada and Maravall streets, a section that will be cut off between 05:00 and 15:00.

In the afternoon, at 6:00 p.m., the parade of floats will take place, which will leave Juan Fuster Zaragoza avenue and go through Ametlla del Mar, Mediterráneo, and Esperanto avenues.

Likewise, from 10:00 p.m., and due to the 'cremà' of the monuments of Falla Benidorm Central District, the passage of vehicles through Doctor Fleming square will not be allowed.
