The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez; the councilwoman of Commerce, Ana Pellicer; as well as several councilors of different groups of the corporation visited yesterday afternoon the stalls that the craftsmen have installed in the squares of the old town to celebrate, one more year, 'Les Nits del Castell'.
From last Saturday, the squares of Castelar, Santa Ana and La Señoría have hosted a total of 19 craft stalls that will be installed throughout the summer, three more than the last edition, to boost the commercial and hospitality activity of one of the most emblematic environment in Benidorm.
Eight of the artisans reside in our city, while in the area of painters and caricaturists the percentage of artists registered in Benidorm is 100%, the department of Commerce have first met the requests made by local artists .
The councillors also visited the stalls of the two social entities of Benidorm installed to raise funds selling the products that they elaborate. It is the Association of Disabled Persons of Benidorm (Asmibe) and the Association of Rare Diseases of Benidorm and region (Aerbeco).
