The Governor of District 2203 of Rotary International Francisco Javier Ygarza, which encompasses the Valencian Community, Andalusia, the Balearic Islands, the Region of Murcia and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, today paid a visit to Benidorm City Council where he was received, in name of the mayor, Toni Pérez, by the Councilor for Social Welfare, Ángela Llorca.
Ygarza, who attended the meeting accompanied by members of the entity, informed Llorca of the program of activities that will be carried out in the district in the coming months and provided details of the Isidro Cortina Award, aimed at the best students in the region, to be held in October. This will be the last meeting of the current governor with the Municipal Corporation, since his replacement is scheduled for July 2.
