Environment, Fiestas and Ecovidrio reissue 'La Peña Más Glass' during the Festes Majors Patronals
The organizers hope to overcome the 80 clubs that bet last year for recycling and sustainability
Benidorm City Council, through the councils of Environment, Fiestas, and Ecovidrio company, together with the Association of Penyes 'Verge del Sofratge' have convened a new edition of the glass recycling competition 'La peña más glas' that will be launched during the celebration of the Festes Majors Patronals, from November 11 to 15.
The councilors of Environment, José Ramón González de Zárate; of Fiestas, Jesús Carrobles; next to the Ecovidrio area manager, Roberto Fuentes; have presented this morning the contest that aims "that the parties are not only fun," Gónzalez de Zárate said, "but also serve to raise awareness." Even more in a city like Benidorm where "we do not stop when speaking about the environment and sustainability". The councollir has taken the opportunity to advance that, the City Council, is working on another recycling campaign "with the Comissió de Festes, in relation to paper and cardboard" to be announced in the coming days.
Jesús Carrobles, on the other hand, has influenced the "pioneering character" of Benidorm.
