45 young people from Benidorm will receive 400 euros per month for intership at local companies
'BENIDORM INCLUSION' is added to municipal programs offer that includes 'T'Avalem' and the Employment Workshop
The Councilor for Employment and Social Development, María Jesús Pinto, took part in the first day of the training project 'BENIDORM INCLUSION' that today takes place in the Training Center for Employment 'Pepita Puchades. In this program, subsidized by the Ministry of the Presidency and for the Territorial Administrations, 45 young people of the municipality participate, beneficiaries of the National System of Youth Guarantee, who will receive a monthly scholarship of 400 euros for their practices in local companies.
Youth Guarantee aims to "carry out training activities that contribute to reinforce the employability and professional skills of young people who are not employed and not integrated into education and training systems," said María Jesús Pinto, who recalled that the third program of this type that takes place in 2017, year in which the 'Benidorm V' Employment Workshop, the 'T'Avalem Racó de l'Oix' program coincide with the new 'BENIDORM INCLUSION'. The head of Employment has also announced that it is planned to start a new employment workshop before the end of the year, for which an official grant has already been obtained, "which demonstrates - Pinto underlined - the work that is being developed from the Department for education and employment.
This program will cover three training specialties: 'Auxiliary activities in nurseries, gardens and garden centers', with a duration of four months. 'Auxiliary operations of continuous linings under construction', of five months. And, finally, 'Sports and recreational physical animation', of six months. The budget of 'BENIDORM INCLUSION' amounts to 100,990.22 euros, subsidized by 91.8% by the Government of Spain. The rest is direct contribution of Benidorm City Hall.
