The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and the director of the Business Area of the 'Obra Social La Caixa', Adrián Conesa, signed this morning the collaboration agreement that includes the support of the entity to different initiatives that will be launched in the current year 2018 from the Department of Employment. Both have been accompanied in the signing by the mayor of the area, María Jesús Pinto, and the representative of Caixabank Francesc Pérez.
Specifically, the agreement includes support for the XIV Entrepreneurial Ideas Competition, in which the entity sponsors the most important prizes, as well as the contribution of 4,260 euros to the 'Program for Promoting Employability', a program developed by the Employment and Development Agency Local and that aims to provide unemployed people over 30 years of skills and resources for employment.
The Obra Social 'La Caixa' will also be involved in providing a 'Microcredit' workshop to activate the start-up of new companies and the projects of entrepreneurs without the need for endorsements. Apart from the collaboration embodied in this agreement, throughout the year the entity is involved with the City in different social initiatives and entrepreneurship.
