Benidorm asks the associations to raise ideas to improve the management and image of terraces
The councilors of Commerce and Urban Scene, Ana Pellicer and José Ramón González de Zárate, today have held a meeting with the representatives of different associations to address possible measures to improve the management of the occupation of public roads and the image of terraces. This meeting comes after the last plenary session approved a motion by the non-affiliated councilor Juan García, as amended by the PP, so that the City Council, businessmen and neighbors can hold a debate to improve the occupation ordinance.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Neighborhood Council and the associations Abreca-Cobreca, Hosbec, Ociobal and AICO, who Pellicer and De Zárate have asked to contribute ideas to improve the management of the occupation of public roads in relation to tables, chairs, tables or commercial products. The parties have been given a month to submit proposals. Once this period has expired, a new meeting will be convened, in which the groups of the corporation will also participate.
