Benidorm offers this Saturday, December 4, a nightly drone show on Levante beach, the first of its kind to be held in the city and that “together with the activities organized by the Party Department will mark the start of the campaign. Christmas ”. This has been reported today by the Councilor for Commerce, Lorenzo Martínez, who has detailed that this show "is organized by the Abreca business association and has the support of Visit Benidorm Foundation and the Events and Commerce departments".
Martínez pointed out that this show "is a fantastic opportunity to observe the possibilities offered by drone technology and what this type of show can contribute to tourism." Likewise, he has stressed that "together with the activities that the Fiestas department has prepared, this show is a magnificent starting point for the Christmas campaign that Benidorm City Council is going to organize."
As reported by the mayor, there will be two passes, each with a different theme. The first show is scheduled at 8.30 pm, and the second at 9.30 pm. Both shows "have an approximate duration of 10 minutes."
These night flights will take place on Levante beach "at the height of the section between Sacerdote Juan Rodríguez and Bilbao streets." While the show lasts, Paseo de Levante will be closed to traffic.
Finally, Martínez has pointed out that “despite being an outdoor event, it is necessary to wear a mask, that we protect ourselves and enjoy this show and everything that Benidorm offers us, but always with caution to overcome this pandemic situation all together and as soon as possible ”.
