The Association of Housewives of Benidorm said goodbye yesterday to the course until September with festival starring members of the entity in which music and humour were not lacking. The festival was celebrated in the Assembly Hall of the City Council and attended, among others, by the Councilor for Equality, Ángela Zaragozí.
The choir of the Housewives, directed by professor Francisco José Rovira, performed a concert in two parts with songs by Nino Bravo, fragments of zarzuela, the pasodoble Valencia or the Salve Marinera were played. During the intermission, the president of the entity, Vini Pérez Espasa, and Fina Ferrández performed an appetizer of their production that sparked laughter from the public.
