Benidorm is scheduling again the 'Improve Your Employability' workshop for 2025, which will have two editions

Benidorm City Council's Employment and Local Promotion Agency has relaunched the "Improve Your Employability" workshop for 2025. Its objective is to provide participants with resources and tools to increase their chances of finding employment. Councillor for Employment Mónica Gómez emphasized "the importance of understanding the labour market and effective job search strategies" while encouraging those interested to "develop their strategy, taking into account the importance of the ongoing effort involved."

The "Improve Your Employability" workshop is a very well-received initiative, and hence, different sessions are scheduled each year to try to reach as many people as possible. "There are jobs; we receive a constant stream of offers, and the goal is to find the most suitable one," said Gómez, who encouraged future participants to "make the most of this program because it is a great opportunity."

This first "Improve Your Employability 2025" session will be held on May 6, 7, and 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Central Library. The second session will occur from September 16 to 18 at the same time and location. Participants will receive training on job search skills, resume writing, job interview preparation, and job market information.
