The Department of Urban Scene has installed a new area of biosaludables in Foietes Park to complete the leisure and recreational offer of this 'green lung' of Benidorm. This space is equipped with eight bio-healthy elements in accordance with European regulations, aimed at people over 14 years of age, and is located in the park area that is always open, so as not to limit its use at certain times.
The mayor, Toni Pérez; and the councilors of Urban Scene and Social Welfare, José Ramón González de Zárate and Ángela Llorca, have moved today to Foietes Park to learn about this new area, which has involved an investment of 16,354.38 euros between the acquisition of the elements, their installation, the corresponding work and the posters.
These elements are intended for users over 1.40 meters in height who want to exercise arms, legs, waist and / or knees. Before use, people of a certain age are advised to consult their GP about the exercises that they can or cannot perform.
