The Bike Adult School starts in the Children's Traffic Park

This morning it has been held in the facilities of the Children's Traffic Park in the sports and educational complex of Salt de l'Aigua, the first day of the Adult School Bike organized by the Department of Sports and Mobility in collaboration with Benidorm Table pro Bike, Union Ciclista Benidorm and the Neighborhood Association of Els Tolls. Dozens of citizens have cycled in a controlled circuit under the supervision of local police officers.

The councilors José Ramón González de Zárate and Arturo Cabrillo, responsible for the areas of Mobility and Sports, did not miss the opportunity to share with the neighbors the session and, like them, intervened in the initial theoretical class and in the later travel. Local Police officers, specialized monitors of the Park, reminded cyclists of their obligations and rights, and influenced the different laws, regulations and ordinances that regulate traffic in a city that, like Benidorm, has opted for a sustainable mobility and that has one of the best bike lane networks in the country.

The second session of the Adult School Bike will be on Saturday, May 19, starting at 10.00 in the morning, also in the Children's Traffic Park. There will be a third session on June 23.
