Treasury Surveys
Since 2013 and included within the plan to implement a total Quality management system, the Treasury has been carrying out a series of surveys to:
* on the one hand, citizens who come to the service to make payments and resolve their doubts, and
* on the other hand, to municipal suppliers.
All this is to know their perception of the development of the functions of the area and also to know their complaints and suggestions.
