Treasury Surveys

Since 2013 and included within the plan to implement a total Quality management system, the Treasury has been carrying out a series of surveys to:
* on the one hand, citizens who come to the service to make payments and resolve their doubts, and
* on the other hand, to municipal suppliers.
All this is to know their perception of the development of the functions of the area and also to know their complaints and suggestions.
In this section, you can consult the satisfaction and demand surveys of citizens and suppliers that have been carried out in recent years.
