This is the Autonomous Body in charge of collecting, by ordering services, the tax revenues of the municipality. In the case of Benidorm, it is mainly responsible for the management of the following taxes:
Economic activities tax (IAE)
Real Estate Tax (IBI)
Tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles (IVTM)
Tax Increase in Value of Urban Land (PLUSVALÍA).
Garbage Rate
Vehicle Entry Fee (Fords)
Since these taxes are delegated to SUMA, for any modification, the taxpayer must go to the SUMA offices.
