Quality in the Municipal Treasury, CAF 500+ Seal
In 2010, the Treasury Department of Benidorm City Council implemented its first strategic plan to modernize the area, which was developed until 2012, during which, among others, all tax ordinances were updated and all the procedures carried out were developed. carried out in the area, in addition to creating a network of corporate ATMs. In 2013, the Treasury Department carried out its first self-assessment within its second strategic plan to implement a Total Quality System and since then there have been many changes and innovations implemented in the area, advancing above all in technological issues at the service of the citizen, for example, implementing the electronic tax payment gateway on the municipal website, or the mobile phone application for paying taxes. In this section, the quality report of the Municipal Treasury of Benidorm City Council is available, whose CAF 500+ quality seal in the 2013 version was awarded on July 15, 2015.
