Municipal Treasury Services Charter
The Municipal Treasury Services Charter is a document through which citizens and users are informed about the services entrusted to this Department. Additionally, this document includes the rights that assist citizens and users in their relations with the Municipal Treasury and the quality commitments that it acquires for the provision of its services. The monitoring of most of the indicators of the Services Charter is carried out through satisfaction and demand surveys that are carried out annually, so the data can be found in the section: Treasury Surveys.
The first Services Letter was published on May 14, 2014, in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante and on the 19th of the same month in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. In 2017 it was updated and this update was also published in the Official Gazette of the Province on December 4, 2017.
