Following inspections by a specialist company and municipal personnel, the expenditure to undertake the necessary works will be approved in the coming weeks
Zaragozí: “All the reports are being collected to determine the actions to be carried out at Llorca Linares social centre”

The Councillor for Social Welfare, Ángela Zaragozí, clarified today that “all the reports are being collected to determine the actions to be carried out in ‘José Llorca Linares’ social centre after part of the plaster from the ceiling of the first floor came off.” The councillor responded to the socialist municipal group's press release today.
Zaragozí says, “Since this collapse occurred, a specialised company has visited the centre’s facilities at least three times to check the state of the framing and carry out tests on the foundations.”
Given the results of these inspections, the Architecture department “is evaluating what actions and repairs need to be carried out and how much they will cost, at which point the expenditure to carry them out will be approved”.
The councillor said, “From the very first minute, the management of the social centre and the Councillor's department have been constantly monitoring the situation and have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that the normal activity of the facilities is not affected.” “We hope that the repairs and complementary actions that the technicians may carry out are carried out in the shortest possible time,” she added.
