The verbenas return to the Castell

Once the restrictions imposed by the pandemic have been overcome, the summer festivals return to the Castell de Benidorm. The first of them comes from the hand of l'Associació de Penyes 'Verge del Sofratge' and will be held on July 2 in the Plaza de Castelar, as reported today by the Councilor for Fiestas, Jesús Carrobles.

Carrobles has indicated that "this type of event, in addition to generating an outdoor leisure alternative for residents and tourists, is an initiative that allows the Associació de Penyes in this case and the Commission, later on, to raise funds for the celebration of the Festes Majors Patronals next November”.

The mayor explained that "the bars and stage will be located in the Plaza de Castelar, antechamber of our Castle so that those who want to visit this important enclave of Benidorm can do so comfortably."

As usual, there will be live music and bars where soft drinks, sandwhiches and long drinks will be served at popular prices. The festival will start at 7:00 p.m.
