The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, has chaired this morning the follow-up meeting of the Foreign Tourist Service (SATE) in which the set of forecasts and protocols planned and programmed, as well as the current operation of the service, have been analyzed.
The councillor for Citizen Security, the commissioners of the National Police and Local Police and the person in charge of SATE-Benidorm have attended it.
The Foreign Tourist Assistance Service (SATE) is an office whose purpose is to offer foreign tourists during their stay in Benidorm personalized assistance, in their language, if they have experienced an exceptional situation and require police support. Assistance is specified for procedures, certifications, complaints, communications and procedures. The service is provided by members of the National Police Corps and specialized personnel.
