Sports renews and extends the apparatus for aerobic exercise in the gym of Palau d'Esports
Part of those who are going to be retire will be given to Doble Amor center and clubs with training room in the Palau
The Department of Sports, directed by Arturo Cabrillo, has renewed and expanded the number of devices for the practice of aerobic exercises in the gym of Palau d'Esports l'Illa in Benidorm with the acquisition of 12 bicycles of 'spinning' and four ellipticals . The purchase of these two types of bicycles has involved an investment of 17,995.12 euros.
Cabrillo indicated that "with this action we provide users of Palau d'Esports gym with better equipment, attending to their requests and suggestions, as well as those transferred by the staff of these facilities."
The councilor explained that "part of the material that is going to be removed still has a useful life, so we have considered to donate it to Doble Amor so that it can be used by the users of the occupational center". The rest of the devices that are replaced "will be moved to the so-called 'club gymnasium', training facilities that have the entities in Palau d'Esports facilities and that will thus have more machinery for physical preparation of its athletes. "
