The party of Benidorm Fest Euroclub incorporates Vicco to the poster to perform after Eurovision

One of the great winners of the past Benidorm Fest, Vicco, has joined the lineup of artists who will take part in the party that will be held on May 12 and 13 in the Plaza de la Hispanidad on the occasion of Eurovision. The Catalan artist will perform on Saturday the 13th once the Eurovisual festival has finished and will delight the thousands of attendees with various songs, including the popular “Nochentera”, one of the songs that has been playing the most since the end of the Benidorm Fest.

In addition, today it has also been revealed that the Murcian singer Ruth Lorenzo will be the spokesperson for the votes of the Spanish jury in the Eurovision final and that she will do so, as happened last year, from Benidorm. The public entity RTVE made it official in a press conference. Ruth Lorenzo already represented Spain at the music festival in 2014.

These will not be the only novelties, since the presence of Carlos Higes, Spanish representative in junior Eurovision, has also been confirmed, they will perform on Friday the 12th on the stage that will be set up next to the technohito at the Euroclub party.

The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, has valued "very positively" the fact that the votes of the Spanish jury are once again broadcast from the city. “It will be a special moment because many millions of people from all over Europe and from all over the world will be in front of the televisions watching Benidorm appear on their screens. It will be an invaluable international projection” he stated.

Pérez has also highlighted "the enormous affection that RTVE has towards Benidorm, as shown by the fact that it has once again chosen our city to know the vote that our country casts in Eurovision".

The mayor has also referred to the presence of Vicco in the poster of the party that will be held on May 2 and 13 "because it is undoubtedly a focus of attraction for fans and music lovers since it has become one of the main musical claims after its success at the Benidorm Fest", a success that is endorsed "on the different platforms and music stations on which the song with which it was presented at the Benidorm Fest is playing".

Under the "already consolidated" Euroclub Benidorm Fest brand, as the mayor highlighted, Benidorm is going to turn to a very accepted and very successful idea, by celebrating two great parties in the technohito of Plaza de la Hispanidad ".

The Euroclub already had a great presence at the Benidorm Fest, although its first touchstone was seen last year at Eurovision. Now it will return with more activity and news.

Up to now, the line-up is made up of artists such as Soraya, Sharonne, Meler, E'Femme, Megara, Rakky Ripper, Sofía Martín, José Otero, Carlos Higes, and Vicco, and the City Council's idea is to "give continuity to last year's successful party with more concerts and in an open and free way” explained Pérez”, who advanced “a great event for the general enjoyment of Eurofans and music lovers”.

The party will begin on Friday at 8:00 p.m. with the performance of the artists on the poster, there will be a DJ to entertain and a presenter linked to Benidorm Fest event. There will also be a 'Fan Zone' to enjoy the performances, photographs with The Little Mermaid and the Benidorm Fest microphone, photocall, etc. The completion is scheduled for around 00:30.

The day on Saturday will also begin at 8:00 p.m. with animation and an hour later it will connect with the festival through the giant screens. Once the contest is over they will have concerts by Soraya and Vicco.
