Parc de Foietes will be the setting this summer for 'Theater and Storytelling' cycle for children and families

El Parc de Foietes será escenario este verano del ciclo de ‘Teatro y Cuentacuentos’ para niños y familias

The Department of Culture of the Benidorm City Council has scheduled a series of 'Theater and Storytelling' for July and August aimed at children and family audiences, which will take place in the Parc de Foietes. The cycle comprises four performances and begins this Thursday, at 9 p.m., with the play 'Los Colores de Zoe' by the Pàmpol Teatre company. The Councilor stated this for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, who explained that, like most of the cultural programming, all these performances will be free and with free admission.

The councillor pointed out that this first event is part of the Music and Theater Dissemination Campaign of the Provincial Council of Alicante this year.
As for the rest of the activities in this cycle, 'The Tale of Vicent and the Bonfire' is scheduled for Thursday, July 18, starting at 9 p.m., a story full of magic and tradition, Debatabat company.

It will be followed on August 1 by 'The Tale of the Wolf and the Ducks', also presented by Debatabat at 9 p.m. Finally, on August 22 at 8 p.m., Debatabat will close this cycle with the title 'The Story House'.

The Councilor for Culture has invited local families to “come to the Parc de Foietes to enjoy this cycle, designed so that boys and girls can enjoy it during their holidays, and accompanied by their families, while they get closer in a different and fun way to theater and stories.”
