The owners of ‘Wide part of Levante’ present their proposal for a partial plan
The owners of the sector known as ‘Wider part of Levante’ have today exposed the representatives of the three groups of the Corporation proposed a partial plan. In a Board of Spokespersons convened by the mayor, Toni Pérez, the owners have explained that their proposal foresees that 65% of the sector's land is destined to green areas and public facilities, and that the remaining 35% is reserved for the construction of residential, tourist and hotel homes, to be distributed in towers with a minimum height of 20 floors.
Following the guidelines set forth in the Land Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape Law, the preliminary proposal of the partial plan must now be presented to the public for at least 45 days. Meanwhile, and prior to provisional approval, the sector reports should be requested from the affected administrations, which were already consulted in the previous phase of environmental assessment. Likewise, the public participation procedure will be launched.
