Fiestas opens the deadline for non-associated clubs to request authorization to open their party venue for the Local Festivities
The Department of Festivities of Benidorm City Council opens this Monday, September 30, the deadline for non-associated clubs to present all the documentation to be authorized as a party venue. The Councilor for Fiestas, Jesús Carrobles, explained that the request for this authorization is essential to comply with Decree 28/2011 of the Generalitat Valenciana that regulates this type of premises.
The application bulletins of ‘Festera Headquarters Type B Temporary’ can be collected and delivered to the Department of Fiestas, located on the first floor of Casa del Fester. The deadline for delivery will be October 31.
In order to be authorized, non-associated clubs must be legally constituted, with their corresponding CIF, and be registered in the Registry of Associations of the Generalitat Valenciana. In addition, they must provide the nominative list of all their members with their corresponding ID, the policy and updated receipt of the Civil Liability Insurance and a detailed sketch of the premises.
