Open the deadline to request grants for cultural projects and administrative personnel expenses of business entities

The deadline is now open to request grants called by the Benidorm City Council to support cultural activities and projects, and to contribute to the administrative staff costs of business entities and / or entrepreneurs. The first line of grants is aimed at entities in Benidorm that have developed cultural projects or activities during 2019 and endowed with 15,000 euros. With regard to the second, endowed with 70,000 euros, it is aimed at promoting the maintenance of jobs in business associations and entrepreneurs who throughout the year carry out training projects or actions, promoting employment or advice with the aim of energizing the business and economic activity of Benidorm.

The application deadline for cultural grants ends next Thursday, November 21. Entities interested in attending this call must be registered in the Register of Associations of the City of Benidorm and have their headquarters in the city. The subsidy may be used for current expenses arising from the development of projects or programs; to those derived from the normal functioning of the association; or cover the necessary material for the celebration of activities and leases of spaces. The maximum eligible amount will be 1,000 euros.

With regard to the second line of grants, published today in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP), the deadline will be open until November 28. The maximum amount of the aid will be 7,000 euros, and the subsidized amount will be used to meet the expenses of the staff that is responsible for the administrative and management functions of the association

In both cases, it will be a municipal Technical Commission that will evaluate and evaluate the applications, and will resolve these subsidies within one month of their publication.
