The new board of directors of Benidorm Club de Opinión presents its program of activities to the mayor
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, held a working meeting this morning with the new board of Benidorm Club de Opinión, headed by its president, Lourdes Picazo and where the former president, Miguel Ciges, was also present, along with the other members.
Picazo has detailed to the mayor the program of conferences and activities that the entity is designing and that has already brought to the City Hall Assembly Hall this year national and international figures of reference such as the designer Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada or the journalist expert in fashion, Jesús Reyes. Both with a large influx of the public.
The president of Club de Opinión has told Toni Pérez about some of the upcoming conferences that will take place in Benidorm and that will feature renowned figures such as the Head of the Neurology Service of the Albacete Hospital Complex, Tomás Segura, collaborator of television programs such as 'Horizontes' and 'Cuarto Milenio', which will come to Benidorm on March 14; the consultant and expert in political communication, Xavier Domínguez, in April; or the popular journalist and until recently responsible for Telecinco news, Pedro Piqueras, in May. Likewise, the club is preparing some exclusive activities for its members that will soon be announced.
On the other hand, Benidorm Club de Opinión has proposed to the mayor the possibility of moving some of the most interesting conferences to the Cultural Center auditorium.
The mayor, once again, has shown his support, and that of his government team, for the entity and has thanked the important role it plays in promoting dialogue and participation from a plurality with constructive proposals aimed at both the society as well as public administrations.
