The mobile consulate of Colombia moves to Benidorm to facilitate paperwork for residents of the city and the region
The Colombian mobile consulate has moved to Benidorm this weekend to facilitate various bureaucratic procedures for compatriots residing in the city, the Marina Baixa or other points of the province of Alicante. This administrative bus, which has seven 'boxes', is staffed by staff of the Consulate, which is based in Valencia.
Throughout the morning, dozens of Colombian citizens have traveled to the SSMM Reyes de España Square to process or renew documents such as passports, identity cards and identity cards, or to make use of the different consular services.
The Consul General of Colombia in Valencia, Jorge Felipe Carreño, thanked the Mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, for the facilities provided by the City Council to make the stay of the mobile consulate in the city possible and thus bring the administration of his country closer to his compatriots.
