More than 250 people make up the security device, to which is added health equipment and a purple point.

The organization of the Reggaeton Beach Festival is finalizing the preparations for the event that tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday, will be held at the Ciudad Deportiva 'Guillermo Amor' and which is expected to see more than 25,000 people on both days. A municipal delegation headed by the mayor, Toni Pérez, and by the Councilor for Events and Festivals, Jesús Carrobles, visited the facilities this morning to see all the details and progress of the assembly up close.

The mayor explained that "the actions carried out on the premises, located on the old athletics track that will soon house two 8-a-side soccer fields, have allowed us to shorten the usual assembly times and greatly facilitate this task by creating, for example, a new access for technical, production and logistics vehicles”.

During the visit, the delegation toured the venue, presided over by a 42-meter-long, two-level stage, which has an 18 x 14-meter stage box and a provocative peak, something unusual. In addition, as the organization has pointed out, the Reggaeton Beach Festival will have "the latest sound and lighting technology", as well as a motorized 'camera line' that will cover the entire venue. The performance area is completed by a central screen, two lateral 4 x 6-meter screens, and three small banners; to which are added effects of sparks, fires, bubbles, and confetti.

The venue will also have food trucks, shishas, water attractions, a chill-out area, and a swimming pool; and during the festival, there are batucada, parades, dance classes, and beauty, make-up, and hairdressing workshops, among other surprises.

There have been 15 evacuation and emergency exits and another two more specific exits for the VIP area.

Toni Pérez recalled that "around 250 daily troops will make up the security device" including coordinators, security guards, access controllers, assistants, and a director of the Emergency Action Plan. Likewise, "there will be a special unit of the Local Police and the National Police, as well as Civil Protection volunteers divided into two shifts." Added to this security device is the health provision arranged for each of the days of the festival, made up of two Advanced Life Support units, one with a doctor and a nurse and the other with a nurse, a Basic Life Support with two technicians, a pair made up of two technicians, an ambulance with a driver and an Advanced Medical Post, as well as four first responders. Likewise, there will be a purple dot against sexual harassment.

The doors will open this Saturday, July 8, at 4:00 p.m., and the musical activity will continue until 01:00 a.m.

During the two days of the festival, artists such as Eladio Carrión, Justin Quiles, Emilia, Noriel, Polimá Westcoast, and Aina da Silva will pass through Reggaeton Beach. For Sunday there are Mike Towers, Jhayco, Jowell & Randy, Dalex, Young Miko, Lyanno, and Jeipy. In addition, the list of participating artists also includes names such as Dj Byron, Dj Mini Mini, Raúl Clyde, Erick Zambrano, and Albert González.
