Heads of Personnel and technicians from 22 municipalities of the Community debate in Benidorm on the evolution of performance and work by objectives
The Valencian Association of Local Administration Personnel Technicians celebrates today in the El Torrejó building a laboratory workshop on performance evaluation and work by objectives. A meeting attended by 38 heads of Personnel and Human Resources technicians from 22 town councils in the Valencian Community.
The Councilor for Human Resources of Benidorm, Ana Soliveres, has welcomed them to the day in which "a subject as novel as it is important and unknown in Human Resources departments is analyzed, such as the evaluation of performance and work by goals". An exhibition that has been led by Mila Ortiz and María Teresa Mínguez, from the Valencia City Council.
Soliveres thanked the association for having chosen Benidorm for this day, in addition to congratulating the president Trini Martínez "for the work of the association that promotes collaboration and support among local administration personnel technicians in such a complicated task and many sometimes misunderstood."
