The CV Playas de Benidorm, runner-up in the Autonomous Youth Women's Volleyball Championship
Benidorm Beach Volleyball Club has achieved a brilliant second place in the Youth Autonomous Championship in the female category. The final phase of the tournament has been played this weekend at Raúl Mesa pavilion in the town where the local team reached the last match in which they lost in the fifth and final set after an even match against CV San Juan de Alicante.
Third place went to CV Elche and the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award went to Anastasia Chernova, from Playas de Benidorm. The Councilor for Sports, Mariló Cebreros, has delivered the trophy to the regional champion, in a match that has also had the presence of the vice president of the Valencian Volleyball Federation, Beatriz Úbeda.
