Colombia's main tourism association is interested in the sustainable management of Benidorm
Around twenty representatives from Cotelco, Colombia's main tourism association, are visiting Benidorm to learn firsthand about the destination's sustainable management practices. Mayor Toni Pérez and Visit Benidorm's manager, Leire Bilbao, have presented the Colombian delegation with the projects and initiatives implemented to improve the efficient management of resources and measure the impact of tourism activity to advance regeneration efforts. During their visit, they toured the facilities of the innovation hub, BeCiTi, where they showed particular interest in managing tourist flows.
