It will take place on March 8 and 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., framed in the general objectives of Benidorm City Council on the need to inform, raise awareness and train professionals in the tourism sector on issues related to Accessible Tourism in collaboration with PREDIF and PREDIF Valencian Community. The mayor, Toni Pérez, will inaugurate on Tuesday the 8th the work sessions that will focus on the concept, regulations and strategy to favour and promote Accessible Tourism, and the TUR4all platform will be maintained. Pérez has highlighted the importance of this training action and recalled the importance of universal accessibility, one of the DTI's main points. Benidorm said the mayor, “works a lot in this field and has recently received recognition at FITUR for its promotion of accessible tourism”. Pérez welcomed the fact that “Benidorm has been highlighted as an example to follow by the State Platform for People with Physical Disabilities”
