Benidorm organizes a trade assistant course for young people from 16 to 29 years old
The Youth Department of Benidorm City Council opens registration for a Trade Assistant-Shopper Marketing course aimed at young people aged 16 to 29 who wish to acquire knowledge and train to develop social and employability skills, learn about commercial and technical distribution environments customer service, as well as cash operations, merchandising and window dressing.
The course, of 185 hours of training, consists of five training modules to be developed from May 16 to July 2, Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Multipurpose Building on Calle Escuelas.
The Councilor for Youth, Jaime Jesús Pérez, has highlighted "its suitability for those young people who wish to acquire the knowledge to train in auxiliary functions and dependent on commerce" and has highlighted "the free nature of it".
Registration must be formalized either at Benidorm Youth Information Center (tel.: 96 585 30 41) or at the Alicante Chamber of Commerce (tel.: 96 514 86 55). It can also be done through email: youth@benidorm.org or formation@camaraalicante.com
In addition to the age requirement (between 16 and 29 years old), it is necessary to be enrolled in the Youth Guarantee Program. With the course, you agree to participate in the PICE (Comprehensive Qualification and Employment Program), carrying out vocational guidance and the Training Plan is included, which has itineraries tailored to the student.
The Alicante Chamber of Commerce issues the certificate corresponding to the completion of the course.
